Information:	Patrick was born in Longford c.1883, and prior to enlistment was employed as a grocer in Liverpool. He enlisted in the South Lancashire Regiment in April 1902 and served in India. Pte O'Reilly left the Army in 1906, after which he was transferred to the Army Reserve; in 1914 he was recalled for training as part of the war effort.
