Information:

Patrick was born c.1883 in Templemichael, Longford. Pte Sexton enlisted in Longford, and was present at the front in 1914, earning him the 1914 Star, a.k.a. the Mons Star. He was killed in action, likely at the ramparts at Ypres or the engagement at nearby Railway Wood, where the 2nd Battalion was engaged at the time.
