Information: Originally from Lanesborough, Charles was born in 1881 and was nearly 33 years old when he enlisted in Bradford in September 1914. He had married Nora Ryder at St. Patrick's, Bradford on 11 June 1913/14. They had two children: Charles (b.1910) and Annie (b.1912)
Parents Names:
Notes: He was working as a 'stuff presser' (likely fabrics and paper) and was a householder when he signed up. Nora may have died on 21 December 1914 - faint note on the record.
