Information: Michael was born c.1898 in Granard. He enlisted in Longford in November 1915 and was discharged in 1919 on medical grounds.His next-of-kin at the time was given as his uncle, Frank Blaney, Barrack Street, Granard. Michael served at Salonika and suffered from malaria and impaired vision.
